Medical Oncologist, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, Sydney.

A founding member of AGITG and member of the board since 1996.

Group Coordinator of AGITG since 2003, playing a lead role in new AGITG trial initiatives.

Member of the Board of Cancer Institute NSW.

Member of the Board of ANZ Breast Cancer Trials Group and Director of the ANZ Breast Cancer Trials Group Statistical Centre.

Member of NHMRC Project Grants Committee - 2007

Chair of the NHMRC Large-scale Clinical Trials Committee - 2007

Member of the Medical Services Advisory Committee, 1996 - 2004.

His research interests include clinical trials methodology, quality of life assessment and integrating trial evidence with the goal of improving clinical practice and health outcomes. Has been has been co-awarded an NHMRC Program Grant on "Advances in clinical trials research and evidence-based decision making".
