Summary
The ATTAX3 study is a randomised, 2x2 phase II study comprising two separate components. Patients with advanced oesophago-gastric cancer will be randomised to receive one of two chemotherapy regimens (wTCF/X or ECF/X). They will also be randomised to receive chemotherapy only or chemotherapy plus panitumumab. The study will evaluate the objective response rate of these treatment regimes.
