Colon Cancer | CO.21 – Click for Trial Schema

A Phase III Randomised Controlled Trial of the Impact of a Physical Activity Program on Disease-Free Survival in Patients with High Risk Stage II or Stage III Colon Cancer.

The CO. 21 study is designed to determine whether a structured physical activity program plus provision of standard written material improves outcomes of 3-year disease-free survival (DFS) compared to the provision of standard written material only.  This study will also compare the two interventions with respect to overall survival (OS), Quality of Life (QOL).

The CO.21 study is a collaboration between The University of Sydney and The National Cancer Institute of Canada and has been endorsed by the AGITG.
